If a long serving local councillor can get it wrong what does that say about the process?

No she isn't be asked to leave, she's also been told she doesn't have the right to stay, do you really think that's unimportant?
That being told you don;t have the right to stay in the country you live in is something people would just shrug about?
That that uncertainty over your entire life can just be disregarded?

Not being told you HAVE to leave is NOT the same as knowing you WONT have to.
