Before the season started most people thought that the squad that Norwich had was good enough.

I think Worthy did too. It wasn't really untill the end of august that it became obvious that this was wrong. then the transfer window shut.

It is difficult to get in good quality loanees, A club isn't going to loan out somebody that is doing well.

So, the first chance really that Worthy has had to address the situation was after Deano was sold. the three players he has brought in have looked decent enough and in the 4 games they have played we have got 7 pts, that's not bad really.

My view would be to give Worthy till the end of the season, I would set him a target of 70pts, then in the summer we decide whether he should stay or go.
