I have an enormous reserve of patience for the new Norwich strategy and am prepared

to give the new regime all the time they require to get the team playing the way they want them to, on the understanding that it won't always be pretty.

But only if they approach every aspect of the game in exactly the way I've already decided is best, and on that I'm absolutely inflexible and also correct. And if they don't do what I've decided is best I'll normal them off from minute one. And if they lose or even concede it's not f**king good enough.
