I don't agree with you at all.

Not a Force in the land works a rigid 4 shift system anymore.

A 20% reduction in numbers has crippled the Police Service. You're so wrong it's embarrassing .. all the so called experts all belong to NARPO I envisage.

Not once have I said anything about the potential for Forces to avert the recent attacks. However the response would cripple a force outside of a metropolitan Force.

I just think you're doing those currently under the cosh a huge disservice.
