So Ray Wilkins is 'saddened' by City's appointment of a foreign head coach

and reels off a list of available Brits who could have been offered the job ahead of Danny Farkes. My problem is Ray, if those mentioned (with the exception of Gary Monk) were any good they wouldn't be available, now would they?!
