Observations about our new Managerial team

Now these are a collection of random observations with no judgment involved, based on my just having watched all the video clips of Webber and Farke for the first time. I am quite excited for the new season.

1) Daniel Farke: Shave your head, mate. You're going bald and those dodgy curtains aren't going to hide it much longer regardless of how much you sweep them back over your ears.

2) Daniel Farke: I would have preferred it if he had a bit more of a manly voice. Perhaps like a German accented Big Sam.

3) Club & Fans: Somehow we have managed to appoint a manager with even less experience than Alex Neil. Yet there aren't complaints about doing it on the cheap - the reactions seem to be rather excited. Is this purely because he is Cherman and not a Sweaty Sock ?

4) Daniel Farke: like the dress sense. Professional yet stylish. Top button undone. Much a man of my own tastes. Need to check footwear before committing my opinion.

5) Daniel Farke: off-ense and dee-fense. Maybe he has a job for me ?!!

6) Stuart Webber: yeah but, no but, yeah but, no but

7) Stuart Webber lists some of the things Farke will have to adjust to. One of these is the weather. The guy just came from f**king Dortmund, not the Costa Brava.

8) Isn't it sad that before he has even led the team in training, I am already thinking about who we will appoint next within the next two years simply because if he fails he will be sacked (I hope), and if he succeeds then he'll get the wonder boy label and there is no way we will hang on to him. I found myself thinking that if he is what we hope, I would love to see him at Norwich long term, helping (with Webber) to set up a great youth development programme and develop technique in all those coming through, a la Barca and Ajax (although that's not the same level any more).
