Exactly. When i first went in the drawing office in
1970 it was concention to have short hair and wear white shirts and ties (not suits though). Me and two other "hippy types" refused to conform and within a year many staff had stopped wearing ties and were at least wearing coloured shirts, even if they were still "schoolies"
