I think this is more of a long term project than sack him if we're not top 6 come Christmas.

Clearly, if he's got peter grant / Glenn roeder man management skills then yes, can him.

But if it's just taking a while for him to embed his philosophy properly then he'll be here for a while. Realistically, it's going to take more than one transfer window to overhaul the squad and have one that can play in the way him and Webber want us to.
