Against my better judgement I ordered some stuff from Amazon...

...I see signed up to Prime to get next day delivery. It isn't here yet and the crap green delivery tracker bar thing suggests it won't be turning up as it hasn't moved in the past two hours. My question: is that normal and does that tracker bar mean anything?..
