That's what we've seen so far.
Of course, if it works, it works. What I like about it is that the German system produces - good coaches, players and a team mentality. What is a concern for me (to coin a phrase) is whether we as a club or a team are flexible and adaptable enough to make the most of the change. It *could* be exactly what they need, but the players (and also the fans / supporters / keyboard worriers [sic]) need to be able to cope with the changes.
