Was in SF recently and its what you would call a 2 day city.
You can see most of the touristy stuff in 2-3 days.
Do the hop on/hop off bus tour as it saves hassle on parking which can be ridiculously expensive or non existent.
PRO tip: Book the Alcatraz tour way in advance as its often sold out.
