Goes missing

I assume that 'goes missing' happens when the ball is played over or round the midfield, therefore bypassing the central midfield players.
Not much he can do about that except demand the ball more our defence or watch it fly over his head from the opposition defence!
I think that he is brill :-). His close control is amazing and his speed to thought in tight situations outstanding.
And he can volley!!!
