But I believe you can request yourself blocked from websites - perhaps your wife or trusted family/friend could do this on your behalf. If you'#re still worried this might push you into bookies or whatever then maybe consider offering access to your money to your other half as well?

Either way at least you've recognised the issues before it becomes too serious. Takes balls.
