The dock side of Hull was much better and some regeneration had happened
There's nothing wrong with having promotion, but I'm not sure about culture. Nothing has really happened in Hull except grit and determination to make the best of nothing
It's nice they've been chosen, and the money ploughed into it is great to make Hull nicer for everyone there. The culture thing is a bit fake though. You can throw 50m at anything and pretend to make something that isn't there
It will look nice though
