“The best worst hotel experience!”

We stayed as we went to a gig and needed somewhere cheap to stay. We knew the reputation and it did not disappoint! The door looked like someone had tried to break out of the room from the inside. We switched on the light to find only one of the two worked so we had to use the shower room light to see properly. The toilet light didn't work, but even if it had there was no door so the light didn't really need to work! Keeping the value for money there mjb! Two toilet roll holders were broken and there was blood on the cistern. The windows were painted over and the ceiling was painted black. There were two heaters in the room. The bonus was that they didn't work. There were two mugs and a kettle in the room which was nice. We didn't try the kettle. We were also given two towels.. one had suspicious brown stains on which was fun.

We had a double bed each which was good, and my bedsheet was black satin so you wouldn't be able to tell if there was anything on it, probably even if the light worked.

My only criticism was the total lack of mirrors. Everything else was hilarious but that was a pain.

We were next to the front door and you could hear everything any time people came in so it's great if you're interested in what literally everyone else is doing.

Disappointed with the lack of dodgy clientele really.

Slept like a dream but we were both hammered so that may have been something to do with it.

10/10 would stay again. Great for a laugh and a place to crash after a night out.
