To know every intricate detail all of the time. There is no real reason for them to have spent any time at all talking about the restructure or giving any timefranes, other than to appease fans clamoring for information - the Something Must be Done syndrome. If they'd stayed silent then they'd have been criticised for Not Doing Anything. They can't really win here...
