The word on the street in this part of Brizzle is that Clarke has been approached. My Rovers supporting colleague is aghast.

He turned Leeds down for family and location reasons, but Norfolk is believed to have more appeal (for one the accent isn't a million miles away from the Bristol burr). Rovers are less likely to make the play offs now, so he is likely to be more open to a move (as he may have taken them as far as they will go - but he may want to see how they end the season as their hopes aren't dead).

Crucially for us, he has worked under a DoF so our proposed restructure is unlikely to be a significant concern. He has experience of overhauling a squad. Good promotion records with Salisbury and Rovers.

Lump on. Or don't. See if I care.
