I think the person that complained is an idiot

But maybe I'm misunderstanding the issue, or rather the significance of eeny meeny miny mo.

I used it as a school kid with the inappropriate word changed to tigger. I didn't know it had ever been anything other than tigger until I was much older.

I'd say it's a nursery rhyme with an offensive word in it, rather than a deeply offensive nursery rhyme.
