Don't really get the point of Paddy's article

Is he saying we should dismantle the team and rebuild but with the same manager? For me this ageing squad thing is not backed up by the facts. We have alot of players in their prime but they look lost thanks to the manager.

Ageing players I can only think Wes, Martin and Bassong maybe. But I really don't think this needs to be ripped up. That would be disastrous and set us on course to league one. It needs an experienced manager who will have a clear game plan. And not Alex Neil's muddled thinking.
