I had a similar thing with BT
Charged me early disconnection fees for a contract I didn't have any knowledge of being in. I wrote and complained and asked for evidence of me agreeing to said contract. They never responded until they called me to say pay up or we are taking you to court, and this was on Christmas Eve. Bastards.
