He's paid to get a tune out of them and he is not on a consistent basis. Not to mention he signed Naismith with it appears no idea of how he was going to use him and get the best out of him. Not too mention that he has a massive falling out with him prior to the Chelsea game within weeks of signing him following a 6 month chase!
