FAO expert types. If you do a "best and final offer" on a house and win
Are they Estate agents allowed to go back to the other party and say "sorry you lost, whats that? You want to increase your offer? I'll tell the vendor".
Has just happened to a friend and may now lose the house
What is the point of "best and final" if it isn't final?
They've been given a chance to increase their offer but surely the point of best and final is to avoid this?
