Go there, do well but they still go down he could go West Brom perhaps, stay in the Prem without moving.
Either one of Brum or Wolves could go up this season giving another option.
He'd probably be less that 2 hours drive from Liverpool and Manchester, if he impresses he could get a move to Everton perhaps if they lose Stones in the Summer.
He could make that change without moving house.
How old is he? Does he have family?
These things are often considered when a guy is considering a job offer to further his career. There is more to the decision than what we as fans think about.
Plus don't forget people that don't know Norfolk and Norwich like we do simply do not get the appeal. Birmingham is the 2nd city, that carries a big appeal as well.
