I do love how so many fans think buying a player is like buying a car

Decide what sort of thing you want, go to the showroom, haggle a little, job done.
Anyone that?s a bought a house with a chain should have some grasp on what a transfer can be like, especially in Jan.
We could meet the asking price, wages request, clause requests etc etc etc for every single target we have and not get them because they?d rather live in London than Norwich.
As much as we love the Fine City those outside have a very different perception of it, footballers and agents outside of the UK could very well struggle to point to it on a map. These things DO matter, if you are asking adults to uproot their whole life they are going to care about where they are going to live. When you are asking them to make the decision in a short window of time, where there are different offers competing over different aspects of the deal clubs can get discounted over minor things. ?I?m not going there I?ve not heard of it? is far from an unlikely response.
Assuming we fail to sign players because we don?t actually want to sign them is daft.
