Worthy's prem season

At a conference about Leadership Development and just spoken to a chap who knew Worthy's main coach and psychologist. Forget the name and can't be arrissed to google. He did a talk for several managers at John Lewis about Leadership and said that all that season their aim was 4th from bottom. Club was a jook.
