Seasons. I reckon this promotion, and 2010/11 have provided me with equal quantities of

joy.

However, this season's joy, 97% of it anyway, has been condensed into 180 minutes of football against the filth, and then at Wembley. That is A LOT of joy-per-minute. A shuddering joygasm. It was exhausting, and I am a dessicated, spent shell of a man.

But 2010/11, it was much more spread out. Home and away against the filth (with particularly noteworthy highlights such as Holt absolutely monstering Darren Oh Dear, Holt's pitchside mic goal celebration, Horsepaper, the "Holt Laughing" photo), late goals galore, particularly against Derby, sealing it with that goal at Portsmouth. Just as much joy, but much less joy-per-minute.
