when you say "in house" whats the enviroment you're teaching it in

is it a formal class room? if so then I would suggest suit trousers, open neck smart shirt

is it a board-room like meeting room? then as above

is it a large general purpose meeting room where furniature can be moved around - then either the above or open neck shirt smart jeans/chino's

is is some sort of amphitheatre classroom/tutorial hall? then as above....

then you have the question "who is the client?" - any manaer level or above (director level) then suit trousers/open neck shirt

junior staff, skilled workers, unskilled workers then chino's/jeans

(we do on site training at our place and do on site training on customers premises)
