The difference being of course that there is no question here that sex took place.
If someone is being tried for murder but professes innocence to the killing then no.
If they have admitted to the killing but have a form of manslaughter defence (diminished responsibility maybe) then I suspect they would be showing remorse for the role they played in someone?s death.
