I've never understood when Spectrums get so much love. It was the first machine I had
and you'd see a game released, let's say for example Gauntlet II
On the back of the cassette would be screenshots of all platforms, bbc, Amstrad, Commodore 64, and spectrum
The bbc amstrad and c64 would all be in colour and would be good graphics. You'd get to the spectrum screenshot and it would just be all yellow with black outline graphics
Loads of their games were like this whilst other machines put much more effort in
So, why is there always lots of love for the Spectrum?

- Wasn't the Speccy a little before the other formats? Therefore they had better tech. (General Chat) - megson, Dec 3, 16:41:24
