Why do people persist in peddling this overweight line.
All it does is stir up sh*t. He may have been a bit chunky when he came back for pre-season but the last few times i've seen him play he looks back in shape which is presumably reflective of the fact he's had a good run of training and a few minutes on the pitch. its clearly just a combination of not having a naturally athletic build and possibly the fit of the strip. people used to make the same malicious accusations against Holt. I just don;t understand why they are so keen to slag of a guy who could and should be our best striker.
Look at the pictures of him playing for Celtic. No different to this supposedly overweight striker we have.
