I still can't quite get my head around why we don't appoint a manager who knows what he's doing rather than appointing Neil and then trying to surround him with people that know what they are doing but this appointment gives me more confidence.
Phelan must be a very good coach, has huge experience and this can only be a good thing if Adams listens to him.
