I don't agree with that

It's always of interest to discuss possible miscarriages of justice. Your attitude was typical of those which led to the Guildford Four spending so long inside - "been convicted so nothing to debate"

There's one seriously odd feature of the conviction, which is that his mate was acquitted.

If she was sober enough to give valid consent to him, how come she was too drunk to give valid consent to Ched? Bear in mind that she says she couldn't give any evidence about what happened in the hotel room AT ALL and says she hadn't consented to either of them. And remember that she wasn't unconscious - the hotel porter who was w**king outside the room heard her voice.

This could be a miscarriage of justice. If more evidence ever comes to light (like the Facebook messages she deleted) then who knows? Sufficient oddities about it to make it not feel like a "move along, nothing to see" case, anyway.
