Never had Sky. BT was f**king useless though, and their customer service is a complete and utter joke (that's why I left them). Virgin is faster, cheaper and I've only had one period of downtime in two years which was fixed quickly. And their customer service reps can find my details when I give them my name and number, which puts them one up on BT from the get-go.
