Those are symptoms of what we seem to be doing wrong...

The delay in appointing our manager and then going for the guy who was in the role already.

The appointment of Royle and then him leaving after 6 weeks.

The delay in appointing a Technical Director and then going for a guy who was already in the club.

The apparent lack of profit on arguably our most saleable asset.

The lack of signing any players of note who could improve our poor defence.

I'd be shocked if we start the season in anything other than neutral.
