I need some holidays ideas...

I want to take the Mrs away for about a week in September:

- within about 3 hours flying time from UK.
- nice close view of a beach from hotel room.
- walking distance to some night-life.
- a private pool if renting somewhere.
- good local restaurants.
- not too far from beaches that are not over-crowded.

Any ideas?
