I wonder if the world cup will ever be hosted again in......
a country that is not willing to go to extreme lengths to bribe FIFA officials.
It would seem that it rules out countries that have stadia and infrastructure already in place.
The building of such things is probably where the vast majority of bung money both comes from and can be lost in......
