I've a Samsung Galaxy Tab3 8" version

It is very good and can be bought new for under ?150. A good size to carry in a coat pocket, take on holidays abroad, stash in a car etc. You can use micro SD cards.

If you just want one for home use then go for the 10". Although if you don't have a laptop then it might be better to get an Acer chromebook c720 for about ?180 becuase it has a built-in HDMI out, bigger screen, keyboard etc.
