In the Radio Norfolk interview, didn't they mention relative league experience?

I've forgotten most of it now, apart from Delia talking about camels. I thought they said something about hiring Lambert because of his League 1 experience ? therefore I'd have thought Malky and Zola are both ahead of Lennon. With Adams as the last resort if all else fails.
