Why? His record is nothing to write home about

I've been assuming all these posts suggesting Warnock are just trolling but am starting to get a bizarre feeling some people really think he might be a worthwhile candidate. Only 2 promotions in the last 18 years, and one of those with QPRs big bags of cash. What am I missing?
