That's just it

It's not our job to know. It's the Boards'. They need to find someone that fits the club philosophy. Unfortunately I'm not sure they have ever layed out what that is. And if there is a club philosophy, I don't get how two managers as different in style as Lambert and Hughton fulfill it.
