cat bounce.
That's not to discredit him but I think the days of going from Youth Team to first team manager are gone.
The game has moved on and is so tactical now it would be a massive gamble.
That said we've given him a go now so how do we put that rabbit back into the hat?
Hard to insist the next manager uses him as part of his coaching set up.
Would it be fair to send him back to youth coaching, would that develop him?
Does he even want to go any higher?
