I think we rather benefit there from the fact that

we won away at Man City and at home vs Arsenal last season. So that table is assuming we're gonna get 6 pts from those two fixtures again. (It also assumes that because we did last season, we will again beat Stoke, Sunderland, Swansea (away) and West Brom.)

Of course, we might repeat all those lovely results again. But should at least understand where that optimistic projection comes from...
