I find the whole Adams / Phelan / Malky stuff quite depressing

There appears to be no obvious reason they would do a better job apart from the fact they have a connection to Norwich, as if that is the key quality that our current manager lacks.

The nutter approach might work - it did for Sunderland last year but then they had to clear up the mess afterwards.
