Good tip for evening meals

Get jar sauces of curry (balti, jalfrezi etc)

Place in massive bowl. Pour loads of frozen mixed veg over it. Add as many frozen prawns as you like. Oven cook for 20 minutes, mixed together, oven cook for another 20. Mix

If not totally ready, microwave. Add extra chilli sauce to enhance flavour

Jar sauce 400kcal
Vegetables 200kcals
Prawns 100-150kcals

Tonnes of food 750kcals
