if you know your onions. As has been said below that's the club's job and you would hope Mcnally already knows who he would want. When Lambert was manager he told us at a dinner that he always has a replacement in mind should the need arise to find one quickly (very sensible when your manager is a disloyal c**t like Lambert) so i would be amazed if in the current circumstances he had not already identified who he would want.

The obvious high profile ones are Di Matteo, O'Neill and Lennon. Not sure about MON myself and also not sure we could lure the latter away from champs league football.

I would take RDM but I am sure if you widen the net and look to Europe there may be other more interesting possibilities.
