Everton are supposed to be a big club, right?

So how, despite gates of 7000 more than us, and finishing 5 places above us, was their turnover only 6m more than ours?
The figures here also provide a reminder of just how comfortable we could quickly become IF we stay up and spend. Everton were spending 78% of turnover - a dangerously high ratio - and are spiralling into debt. We're clearing our debt, and only spent 49% of t/o last season.
Real crossroads in our history coming up over the next couple of weeks. It might not seem like it right now given the run we're on - but if things go to plan, everything will be in place for us to establish ourselves long term. OTBC.
