Agree re the risks in replacing him

I'm really torn, personally. Part of me says stick with him, for that reason. But another part says - he (and the current coaching staff) are never going to change their basic approach to games, which is to try and grind out draws, and sneak out the odd 1-0 win.

And I don't really see where that could ever take us except down. If not this season, then next - no matter who they buy.

But who knows. Certainly not confident about what the right thing to do is, if we stay up.

If we go down, I'm much more sure he has to go. To come back up you need to try and win every game.
