Hughton's job has to be on the line

To some extent winning football matches is all about taking risks and he just won't take a chance when the chips are down. Under Lambert we were always feared as one of the sides most likely to score in the closing minutes of a game whereas now we simply concede.
We can beat WBA but will Hughton allow the players to express themselves in the way we know they are capable of? I don't think so.
