Do you rate Trollope and Calderwood?

Because if you don't (I certainly don't) then I don't see how we have an above average management team, even if only slightly.

Last season's squad finished 12th with 47 points. Add Bassong, Turner, Snodgrass and Tettey to that core and I don't see why we should be so poor. Probably doesn't help when you misuse (holt, Bennett) or freeze out (Fox, Tierney) some of your more than useful players. Oh well.

Using defensive tactics certainly hasn't helped, not when we have a squad that has gained success based on attacking footy.
