As they keep mentioning on The Game Podcast:

The correlation between transfer spend and league position is not really there. But there is a very strong correlation between wages and league position.

This is from February but the stand out two for bucking the overall trend are Swansea, in a good way, and QPR, not in a good way.

We've the fourth lowest wage bill so should in theory finish fourth from bottom...
